Bobbie
Office Manager
I am originally from the Northwest. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho.
I have been with Dr. Kerschen's practice since 2019 and in the dental field for over 20 years. I enjoy the wonderful patients that I have gotten to know, beautiful weather and the different culture that New Mexico has to offer.
My husband and I like to travel, eat out, and spend time with family and friends. We have two grown children, one living in Arizona and one in Seattle, WA. So, we love to go to visit them as often as possible.
I look forward to helping our patients get healthy and making beautiful smiles.

Dental Assistant
I am a native New Mexican from north eastern NM. I have been a dental assistant for 23 years. I enjoy educating patients on oral health and the benefits of how it effects their overall health. I am excited to be part of Albuquerque Advanced Dental Care! I look forward to meeting and educating patients with my dental knowledge.
I love the outdoors, I am an avid hiker, biker, kayaker, rafter and paddle boarder. We live in a beautiful state and I enjoy helping our community keep our environment in its enchanted state.
I have one daughter who is a biologist and professional frisbee player. I love spending time with friends and family when not enjoying the outdoors.

Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from UNM with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. This is my second career and I could not be happier with my choice. I also worked for a time with the Indian Health Service in Santa Fe doing clinical work as well as a sealant program for school children. I most enjoy private practice, since we are able to develop long-term relationships with our patients. I love getting to know my patients, and helping each and every one of them optimize their oral health. I look forward to a long and fulfilling career with Dr. Kerschen and his friendly and caring team of professionals.
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but I consider myself a native New Mexican since I have lived here the greater part of my life. I love spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing.

Registered Dental Hygienist
I went to UNM and graduated from the hygiene program in 2004. After practicing several years here, I decided to step away and move to Denver. I lived in Denver for 12 years and just recently moved back to Albuquerque. Although I loved my time in Denver, I missed my family and knew it was time for me to move back. I am very grateful to now be a part of Dr Kerschen's office. I wanted to work at an office where patient's needs, comfort, and dental care are top priority, and I believe I have found that with Dr Kerschen and his great team. I have always enjoyed building relationships with my patients and giving them the best care.
When I'm not at work I enjoy working out and spending time with my family, especially my new nephew. We also love going fishing and being at our family lake house.

My mission is to provide outstanding service and the highest quality dental care in a safe and friendly environment. I work with a team of dedicated, hardworking professionals who genuinely care about our community of patients.
In my spare time I love cooking, gardening, and hiking. Albuquerque is a great place for all three!
Nikki
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am passionate about providing individualized care to each patient I serve; having been born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, it is an honor to care for my neighbors and community in this setting. I attended dental hygiene school in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated in 2011. I practiced in Phoenix for 7 years before returning home to Albuquerque in 2018. Although , husband, Jude, and I loved our time in Arizona, we felt led to be near-family once we had our first child. We are proud parents of two vibrant and energetic boys, Len & Asher, and are excited about the upcoming birth of our third baby. Aside from my practice as a dental hygienist, I am a committed wife, mother, daughter and friend. I am energized by the relationships I build in my personal and professional life, and aim to live as a servant leader. I love being a part of Dr. Kerschen's Team, and look forward to working with you.

I went to La Cueva High School and then to UNM, where I graduated summa cum laude from the dental hygiene program in 1999. Then I received my bachelor’s degree in 2000. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found a career that I enjoy so much. It is wonderful to meet people and be a part of improving their oral hygiene as well as their overall health. I like to get to know my patients, so that I can work with each one on an individual basis. I believe educating and communicating with patients is the key to a lasting relationship. Dr. Kerschen is not only an incredible dentist but has a genuine interest in caring for his patients. I have been very blessed to become a member of his outstanding dental team.
I was born in Colorado, but moved to Albuquerque at just six months of age. I have a wonderful husband and three spoiled-rotten cats. I am a huge lover of animals. I spend most of my summers camping and hiking all throughout New Mexico and Colorado. In the winter, I like to stay indoors and follow one of my dad’s passions, cooking.

Appointment Coordinator
I was born and raised in northern New Mexico and moved to Albuquerque in 2000. I have been in the dental field for 25 years. I worked as a clinical assistant the first 18 years, then moved to the front office where I really enjoy working with our patients to help them understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and our financing options. I am really happy to work for Dr. Kerschen. He is a friendly, caring, wonderful dentist who only wants the best for his patients. I also enjoy getting to know all of our wonderful patients and the opportunity to work with an extraordinary team.
I have two grown children and two awesome grandchildren. I spend my off time reading, gardening, cooking, and spending as much time with my grandchildren as possible.
Veronica
Sterilization Tech/Office Assistant
I graduated from Sandia High School in 2020 during the pandemic. This allowed me to have a lot of time to do online schooling and I graduated early with my associates degree. I am currently studying for my bachelors degree at UNM.
I joined the team in April 2023 and I couldn't be happier, everyone here is wonderful. I would love to see where my position here will expand and grow. I love learning and I love working with our patients, it makes my day better!
I am very passionate, ambitious, and resourceful so I can't wait to see what I can provide for the team.
I've lived here in Albuquerque my whole life, but I do travel a lot. My family and I are super close so we get together often and enjoy each others company whether it's hiking, swimming or concerts, we are always together.
My mother is Deaf which means I am a CODA so I am fluent in American Sign Language. I love animals and plants. I also enjoy watching horror films and series binging as well as music, food and being outdoors.
